Since 2011, we have performed over 2,500 residential energy audits on various home styles and ages, including small mobile homes and 9,000 sq ft ranch style estates, new construction and homes from the 1930's.
Our goals in every energy audit are the same:
- Assess the dwelling thoroughly to determine the most efficient and economical way to increase comfort, indoor air quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Empower the clients with knowledge about their specific home, how it is currently operating, and how it can be more efficient.

We are independent auditors and work only with licensed, bonded, and insured contractors who are experienced in installing the recommended improvements to nationally recognized efficiency standards.

For over 25 years, Philip has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial construction. A former US Navy Seabee, he is an experienced journeyman ironworker, crew leader, master carpenter, and energy auditor.
Kerry Pointon
Kerry's 20 years of administrative, sales, and marketing experience, mostly in residential construction and corporate retail is what helps make our office run smoothly. Kerry graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
